Comparative Photography
Comparative photography is the term Rayane uses to describe his approach, inspired by comparative anatomy. Its purpose is to guide viewers through the organization of living organisms, with a primary focus on vertebrates. At its core is the belief that understanding wildlife is the first step toward appreciating and protecting it. To truly grasp its diversity, one must recognize how life is related and structured, becoming familiar with concepts such as species, genus, family, and other taxonomic levels.
Rayane's work takes the form of a global exploration, documenting a wide range of species, sometimes organized into taxonomic or geographic sub-projects, such as Chameleons and Fauna Morocco.
